    I’m not a huge fan of brownies but I made these for friends and they were a big hit! Even I thought they were delicious. I used half semi-sweet and half 60% baking chocolate that I cut into shards. I was very tempted to add a caramel swirl to it but decided to keep it to the basics. Maybe next time!

    A 9x13 pan of brownies is too much for me, so I halved the recipe and baked it in a 8x8 pan for 17 minutes. The brownies were very fudgy and rich in flavour. Would definitely make it again.

    The brownies were tasty, but the recipe was pretty vague. So, I had a harder time trying to cook them by myself, being a beginner at baking.

    Absolutely phenomenal at high altitudes! Edges are crispy and perfectly fudgey! Used Wilbur Midnight Black Cocoa Powder and these brownies were all gone before they got a chance to cool!
