- 1 3/4 cups oats
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds

Directions
- Process apples in food processor (unpeeled but cores removed) to form a coarse puree (add a little water if necessary)
- Add coconut oil and honey and process
- Add remaining ingredients and process until sticky
- Press into a tin lined with baking paper and bake for 20 mins at 180C until brown
