- 1 shallot (chopped)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 3 strawberries (or 2 if very large)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon balm (chopped)
- 1/3 cup grapeseed oil (or another neutral oil)
- 1 Tbsp. water
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cups lettuces (mixed, ripped or sliced into big-bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup cooked barley
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries (halved if large)
- 1 cup sugar (chunked, kiss melon, or cantaloupe)
- 1 cup mulberries
- 1 handful edible flowers (/petals, nasturtium + a few of their leaves, marigold, yucca, strawberry, thyme)
- 1/4 cup herbs (chopped, mixed, basil, lemon balm, thyme, mint, chives)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (toasted, macadamia and/or pecans)
