- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat bread flour
- 1/2 cup instant potato flakes
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp. instant yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2/3 cup sourdough starter (recently fed)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened plain soy milk
- 1 Tbsp. hazelnut oil (or canola oil)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 asian pear (peeled and diced)
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts (I used a mix of pine nuts, almonds and cashews)
