Description
Tasty salsa served with cinnamon chips! Compliments of Mary Lee Schrader - Bunco 2012 and 2016

- 2 granny smith apples
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 kiwis
- 1 lb. strawberries
- 1/2 lb. raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. preserves (I used strawberry)

Directions
- Peel and finely chop apple, pour lemon juice over apples and mix well to combine.
- Finely chop strawberries and kiwis. Gently combine all ingredients. (The raspberries will break apart a bit, but that is okay.) Allow to set at room temperature at least 15 minutes before serving with cinnamon chips.
- Home-made cinnamon chips: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1/3 cup of sugar with 1 tsp. cinnamon and set aside. Using 10" flour tortillas, spray each tortilla with cooking spray and sprinkle each side with cinnamon sugar. Stack 3 tortillas at a time and using a pizza cutter, cut into 12 wedges. Place on a baking sheet and bake 8-11 minutes or until crisp.

Love this recipe - easy to make for a crowd and it's a hit! Best to do when apples and strawberries are in season, but can be made at other times during the year. If you don't have time to make the chips, buy Stacey's Cinnamon Chips - they pair nicely with this dish.
