  • 1/4 cup raspberry liqueur
  • 2 cups apple juice (clear, chilled)

    Directions

    1. Discard the seeds from the melon and scoop out balls from the flesh with a melon baller. Place in a pitcher with the berries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    2. Add the raspberry liqueur and apple juice to the pitcher and stir well. Serve topped up with the club soda.
