- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup oat flour (I used Bob's Red Mill or you can make your own, almond flour woks as well)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (softened)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional but SO good)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups greek yogurt (Vanilla, Thick full-fat works best - I actually use Skyr which is my new favorite)
- fruit topping
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/3 cup mandarin oranges
- 1 kiwi (medium, sliced)
- 2 strawberries (sliced)
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- fruits (Or Any Other, That You Like!)
