This was okay; caveat: I goofed and forgot to add the lemon but I should have also added salt and pepper. 🤦🏻♀️ Wasn’t in the recipe so I didn’t think to do so ... also the meat is frozen and I normally would season raw meat. Regardless, I should have known to do so. Oops! It’ll make tasty meat for tacos or a salad or something.

Will definitely make again. Very easy and quick prep. I used boneless skinless frozen chicken thighs. When finished cooking, i quickly browned the chicken in a pan and added some finishing salt while i was thickening the sauce (removed and discarded onion and lemon pieces). I would put a bit less italian seasoning next time but other than that delicious. The sauce made the meal!
