Wonderful!!! I covered them with the dry mixture instead of dredging. I made about 50 slices and doubled the dry mix. I salted and sweated them and 1/2 tsp of salt was not too much. We love salt though! Next time I will add a little cayenne pepper! I found myself adding cooking oil more than once😏☺️
