  • 8 sausage links
  • 150 grams shiitake mushrooms
  • 150 grams portobello mushrooms

    Directions

    1. Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat. Add the onions and saute for 5 minutes,
    2. Add the sausages and cook for 10 minutes until brown.
    3. Add the mushrooms, and a pinch each of salt, black pepper, and oregano. Cook for another 5 to 8 minutes.
    4. Add a splash of white wine and cook until the alcohol is evaporated.
