My family loves this. They want me to make it every week. My son asked me to double the recipe so he can have a few days of leftovers, and it reheats beautifully.

The sauce makes this. I added other veg - spinach and corn.. so came out like a Spanish rice but still super tasty.

DELICIOUS! I loved the flavor of the sauce! Although I voided the cabbage and added some different veggies.

very tasty. it’s all about the prep and process. i made rice 1 day ago knowing I planned a fried rice meal which makes everything that much easier.

I didn’t even have half of these ingredients, I was just looking to make some type of fried rice cause I needed to use up things in the fridge!! And man was it still so good!
