    Highly recommended deep frying this after cooking. Just made this and the crunchiness (if that is what you are looking for) is not there. Highly recommend deep frying the pork in a deep fryer after boiling. Better yet, the boiling, boils out a lot of the flavor from the Mojo. If you'd like, I'd recommend deep frying solely at abut 325 degrees to achieve a really crunchy texture. Do try, but deep fry!
