Everyone loved them. Need time to make ahead cause you want the potatoes cold when making them plus time to freeze before frying

my kids loooove em!
( but i feel like its missing something.....i dont know what it is yet. triied adding cheese inside the balls and that helped alot but it still beeds that extra thing and i cnt put my finger on it lol.)
