- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 3 lb. grouper (fillet Gulf finfish, such as, cut into bite-sized chunks)
- 1 lemon
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1 gal. peanut oil (for frying)
