- 2 green onions (with greens, sliced thin)
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped coarse)
- 6 slices bacon (4- ,fried ,allow 1/2 piece /taco)
- pepper (slices of pickled)
- 4 cups canola oil (3- ,or vegetable ,for frying)
- 10 green tomatoes (8- ,small firm, *, cut lengthwise into 6 -8 wedges)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup cornmeal (fine ground)
- 2 tsp. spice mix (green chile)
