    Delicious! I absolutely loved it I added a bit of peri peri sauce and some lemon juice and had the best breakfast. I think that it’s easier to add the seasoning after serving up as everyone had different tastes. Can’t recommend enough!

    Turned out great! I used frozen spinach and it worked out perfect. I added some garlic and a little mozzerrella at the end. It would've been fine without it. Just personal preference.

    I altered it a little for one. Used half an onion and some red bell pepper, then added a drizzle of siracha for a little heat. I will make this again!

    I made my own version, creaming the spinach and serving with home fries. I love the idea of cooking an egg in a bed of spinach and I think it will become a staple in my kitchen. Loved it.

    Very nice twist on a standard fried egg breakfast. Easy, quick, nutritious and delicious. I added some bacon and mushrooms to it and ended up having a lovely brunch on a Saturday morning. Will be a big favourite on the weekends from now on! 🤗
