made few chgs: amazing tho!!!!- I had thousand island dressing I needed to use up and then put milk in the bottle, shook it up to clean out added hot sauce. Marinated for an hour. Dry mix is half cornstarch and flour with whatever seasoning u like (I saw recipe with cinnamon). Fry until brown in canola oil bc it doesn't stay on food as much but does get hot and I didn't sprinkle with any extra seasoning bc thought it was good enough. Dipped in sweet chili sauce. My tubes were really lg, like I used 2. So they were like strips than rings. I also let them sit in dry mix for a bit to adhere.

Great flavor, but I didn’t batch it right. I was in a rush so mine had alot of extra flour and buttermilk. And i let them cook too long. I’ll try again next week.
