Scrumptious. My family loved it. First time ever making my own vegetable fried rice. My 91 year old mother lives with me and when she tasted it, she said this is yummy. Did you go to China to learn how to make it. She's too funny. My husband a big rice eater and he loved it as well. I'll definitely make this again.
