I have made this soup and shared the recipe dozens of times. It’s so simple - and is simply delicious! It’s definitely a soup that needs time to cook slowly for a few hours. I tend to start this soup later in the day so I get everything in the pot, cook for a couple of hours, let it sit overnight in the fridge and take it out again the next morning to cook during the day. It’s usually ready by lunch. It’s become a staple in my house - love it!
