- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (or more rice vinegar, if you like the taste, I do)
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil
- 1 medium carrot
- 5 radishes (small)
- 4 cups romaine (~1/4 of a fresh head)
- 1/2 cucumber (a large)
- 4 cups low sodium vegetable broth
- 3/4 cup shitake mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 medium carrot (julienned)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1/2 Tbsp. agave
- 1/2 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. ginger (julienned)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 oz. shirataki noodles (or glass noodles, or noodles of choice)
- 1 cup veggies (green, greens like the radish greens, spinach, bok choy, or sliced green peppers)
- 3 handfuls basil
- 1 scallion (diced)
- 1 lb. firm tofu (organic)
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- fresh ginger (~1, + tbsp, grated)
- chili powder (~1/4 - 1/2 tsp)
- ground cumin (~1/4 - 1/2 tsp)
- ginger (dried flaked, optional)
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice (cooked short grain)
- 1/3 cup carrots (diced)
- 1/3 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 white onion (large, small diced)

- 1 tsp. sesame oil
