My grandma's garden was overwhelmed with strawberries, and she insisted I take some home with me. The only problem with that was the fact that I didn't just take a few pints home - I took gallons home. I used some of the strawberries to make this drink, and it was great! Homegrown strawberries and mint make it excellent.
