- 2 Tbsp. milk (if needed, I did not need/use this)
- 2 sticks butter (softened, 1 cup)
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar (+ more if needed)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. coconut extract (if you don’t have this, no big deal)
- 2 Tbsp. lite coconut milk
- 3/4 cup sweetened coconut (shredded)
