- lemon dressing
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. honey (or sugar)
- 1 basil leaf (large, chopped)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- ground pepper (fresh, to taste)
