- 1 head romaine lettuce (roughly chopped)
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup fresh mint (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (roughly chopped)
- 1 cucumber (skin peeled & quartered)
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp (omit for vegan/vegetarian version)
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (finely chopped)

Love it! Very refreshing. I used hoison sauce instead of fish sauce, and doubled the sauce
