- sea salt (with bee pollen from "Casa do Sal" at Figueira da Foz, to taste)
- white wine vinegar (to taste)
- oil (Rosemary, to taste)

Directions
- Wash the vegetables, arrange the lettuce in a bowl and add the grated carrot and courgette.
- Wash and slice the apple, add the finely chopped onion. Mix all the ingredients together.
- Season with the white wine vinegar and rosemary oil to taste and serve as a side dish or as a light main course meal.
