- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup water (I omit this when using fresh baked pumpkin puree, but you would add it if using a can of pumpkin puree you bought in the store.)
