I modified it a bit but it came out fantastic (increased the sauce ratio and the amount of crispy onions, no sherry, offset that with increased broth, added thinly sliced onions, sliced rather than diced the mushrooms and didn't blend it, leaving the mushroom slices intact). The flavors were wonderful and it was a big hit at our Thanksgiving dinner.
