- 1/2 cup heavy cream (at room temperature)
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 vanilla bean (or use an extra 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract)
- fruit (assorted fresh sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. Orange (or apricot preserves mixed with 1 Tablespoon water, optional)
