    This beautiful fruit tart reminds me of the time I spent in Europe. Whenever I would go to Paris, I would always scour the French bakeries in search of one. This is the first one I've ever made, and it's so beautiful I almost don't want to eat it! I stayed true to the recipe except that I didn't use a jelly roll pan, I used a flan pan I increased the filling by 1/2 and I added lemon zest. The crust is delicious, delicate, and buttery crumbly. I had to bake it for nearly 45 minutes for it to finish. This is a delicious recipe and I'm so glad I found it! I certainly will use it many times
