This recipe has been a hit to all the people who have tried it. I will never go back to mayo based potato salad again!

We loved this recipe. I altered it slightly. I had Gorgonzola cheese in the frig so I used that instead of buying Feta. I liked the tast of the Gorgonzola. I added more green onions than the recipe called for. I also added 3 cloves of garlic instead of 2 - Yummy! Next time I make it I will use 2 Tablespoons of vinegar instead of 3, as I felt it was a little too vinegary.
