The fresh cranberries might have been less tart if I dragged them thru the flour after the “mix the dry ingredients” step. I have open pockets around them. Admittedly I never use my (KitchenAid), plus I used coconut milk & honey cause that’s all I had on hand. So I didn’t expect perfection. I really like fresh cranberries so I’ll probably try again but will read more carefully.
