- 2 1/4 cups white whole wheat flour (can sub all purpose flour)
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup butter (cold, cold & cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups mixed berries (I used fresh blueberries and blackberries but you can sub with frozen)
- 1 1/2 cups sweet cherries (fresh, pitted and chopped, can also use frozen)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
