- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 cups apple peels (grated, and cores removed, you can use finely diced apples as well)
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. turbinado sugar (for topping, optional)
