- 1 Tbsp. i can't believe it's not butter! spread
- 1 pkg. knorr rice sides - beef
- 1 cup swiss cheese
- 12 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 2 cups water

Directions
- Melt Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat, cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender and caramelized, about 7 minutes. Remove onion from skillet; set aside.
- Stir Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef and water into same skillet and cook covered 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Top rice with 1/2 of the onion, roast beef, remaining onion, then cheese. Cook covered until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
