- 3 eggs (separate whites and yolks.)
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 Tbsp. cashew butter
- 2 Tbsp. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted, or coconut oil melted, where to buy coconut oil)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour (sifted, where to buy coconut flour)
- 8 drops liquid stevia
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. erythritol
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (organic GF kind.)
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla bean (ground, * optional, can omit, I love extra vanilla.)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 drops liquid stevia
- 1/4 cup berries (choice,, I used blueberries and raspberries)
- 1 cake (9 inch, pan or 1 mini bundt cake dozen pan.)
- egg (separator * optional, I do it the “old school” way, where to buy an egg separator)
- 1 hand (mixer or stand mixer.)
