The French toast casserole was a hit with my kids on their first day back to school. I did not marinate overnight but followed the recipe right before serving it for breakfast. The only tweak I may make is to use 3 eggs instead of 4...the egg texture came through a lot and my youngest daughter is not a big fan of cooked eggs. Great recipe; will be making this again...super easy and quick!
