- 8 slices white bread (you can use brown bread, whole wheat too but I prefer white bread)
- 2 eggs (medium size)
- 1/4 cup milk (whole or semi skimmed i.e. slighly reduced fat. Try not to use zero fat milk)
- 6 Tbsp. sugar (any sugar will work)
- oil (for frying I prefer using ghee but you can use any oil you use of high-heat cooking)
