Unlike the other reviewers I didn’t find mine stuck to the pan they were DELICIOUS and would fool an French toast connoisseur topped with maple syrup and powered sugar and it’s a childhood favourite. You could also top with fresh fruit, or nut butter of your choice and it would be equally delicious

love the idea of the chickpea egg. However, it sticks horribly to skillets. other than that the flavor is great amd topping it off with some peanut butter and coconut flakes made the cake!
