Make this often and it’s delicious every time, although I only put in half the amount of sugar as I personally find it too sweet otherwise.

It was delicious, definitely will do it again. But I used 3 slices of bread for two eggs. 6 slices is too much for this amount of mixture

Needed something sweet for breakfast rather than my normal full English. This recipe was so simple (I reduced the sugar content to suit my taste) with a great result. Definitely making this again.

Really lovely for a breakfast treat! I used a bit less sugar and used tiger bread. Sooooo yummy!!
