How did it turn out Yummly?! I’ll tell you: 10/10, absolute banger, I already wanted to cook it again whilst eating. Super easy recipe, great with a cheeky home cooked baguette.

Very French, next time I will add capers and petite green beans. Still delicious!

Delicieux! I had to make a few small changes due to my husband's severe allergy to alcohol, and not wanting to take even the smallest chance it wouldn't cook off entirely, but other than that I stayed true to the recipe and it was fantastic. Definitely a keeper, and definitely will be having it again now that the colder months are settling in.
