- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine (I used Albarino)
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon leaves (fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
