This was so easy and delicious! I didn’t add potatoes or cauliflower, instead I served it with mashed potatoes. Great for a busy night

Great quick meal. More cheese next time. Used dried thyme because I didn’t have fresh and was just as good.

Let me say that the cooking time absolutely varied and it comes out very very liquidy so be prepared for that

Great! I never turned on the oven but rather cooked the chicken on the stovetop. I also did not use motzarella but added some parmasean at the end to the chicken. Had a side of snap peas and it was loved by the both of us!
