This is delicious!! ive made it several times and its always a hit. this time i doubled it and froze some for homemade convenience food.

Delicious! I added some Better than Bouillon - Chicken Bouillon and some celery salt. I then topped with some feta cheese.

Second time making it. Used smoked turkey tail instead of bacon and it was delish!

Amazing! It’s a recipe I make over and over. The only change I made was to use tomato sauce instead of diced tomatoes and 5 carrots and 4 stalks of celery.

I made this without the bacon and it tastes just as delicious! I like to add a squeeze of lemon while serving.

This soup is pretty tasty, but a little on the sweet side from the tomatoes. I used turkey bacon to make it a little bit lower fat and that worked well. The flavour of the thyme and bay leaves really comes through in the broth.

So happy I went with this. 💕 I just added a bit of cumin and used fire roasted tomato instead of regular diced tomatoes. Yumm.
