This was very good. I added some grilled onions on top of the roast and provolone which made it even more awesome.

So, so easy and so good. Put in crock pot, went to Dr. When I got back, it was so done and so good. Made it exactly as recipe said. Wouldn’t change a thing. Yum, yum. Made a salad with it.

It was good, I didn’t have provolone cheese though. I used in stead Monterey what I had on hand. Would try this again. Tganks

Love this meal! You’ll be craving to make it again. When reducing the sauce I leave one spoon full of liquid on the shredded meat while it sets. Then caramelized onions , peppers and mushrooms to top it with. Delicious! 😋

We really liked it! Next time, I’m not going to take all the broth off the meat. While it was reducing, the meat kinda got dried out waiting until everything else was ready.

Family favorite! Came out amazing, the meat was super tender and moist. The sauce was the best I've had.

Loved this! Easy, and filling! Next time, I might add some fresh minced garlic and onion to the pot just to add some oomph and depth to that flavor profile, as it does have that sort of “flat” taste you might expect from something marinated in canned products. Also, be warned: it is noticeably salty. Don’t season your meat ahead of time!
And it’s definitely more like a pot roast than French dip per-say, but overall, considering the minimal prep and effort involved to whip together, it is very good.

It tastes ok. It’s not bad, it just doesn’t have much flavor. I’ll make it again adding more seasonings.

My sons are very picky and absolutely loved this dinner. This is going to be a regular at our house!

Did not taste like a French dip. Tasted like pot roast in French onion soup.
