it was a very good brunch. if you want it for breakfast i would recommend cooking the night before, it took a qhile to make. if you want a real cinnamon flavor in the muffins, you shoud put cinnamon in the batter. also the milk ratio is off. you need more than 1 cup of milk. the muffins were very dense but tasted delicious. my family loved them. and 1 muffin is about enough food for one meal because they are so big.
