Very delicious. As usual, I made a few changes: a teaspoon of smoked paprika, 3 cloves of garlic and sprinkled grated mature cheddar on top at the end. I cut all the fat off the lamb chops after browning. Didn't have the recommended tomatoes, so used the chicken stock with tinned tomatoes, splash of red wine and tablespoon of tomato puree. Also cooked on lower heat for 1.5 hrs (for convenience rather than taste). The meat was amazing - melt in mouth infused with all the flavours.
