    This was not great, but I think I have finally accepted the fact that I do not and cannot like lentils. Were there other dried beans or legumes in it, I might have enjoyed it more. Flavor was low and needed acidity, so a splash of lemon juice in your bowl is recommended. It did freeze like a champ, so this was a good exercise in freezer crock pot meals.
