- 1 1/4 cups frozen corn (or use fresh if available)

- 15 oz. black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (optional, for cheesy flavor)
- 2 tsp. cumin (each chili powder, coriander)
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 cups kale (chopped)

If I make it again, I'll add more beans to make it thicker, and be more heavy handed with the seasoning to make it more flavorful.
It was pretty good. I just had to add some salt at the end.
