- 1 cup mixed vegetables (chopped, I used carrot, cauliflower, and leeks)
- 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp. pine nuts (you can use pumpkin seed if you don't have pine nuts)
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed (or any herb mix)
- 1/2 tsp. dried chives
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tsp. chia seed
- 1 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1 dash curry (and cayenne, to taste and optional for more flavor)
- 1/3 cup coconut flour (or other gluten free flour of choice)
