- 5 zucchini (shredded)

- 8 slices turkey bacon (cooked)
- 12 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. sugar substitute (such as Splenda)
- 2 tsp. salt (and pepper)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda

Directions
- Mix the sugar, eggs, oil, and milk together in a large bowl using a whisk or mixer, mix for 5 minutes
- Add in shredded cheese, zucchini, and bacon
